Do you ship?
Yes, shipping fee depends on the quantity and size of the order. Amount is discussed at the time of the order being placed.
How are the food products assembled?
The original commercial packaging of all food products are retained and kept sealed for food safety and hygiene purposes. The personalised labels/stickers/wrappers are then placed over the original packaging.
Do you charge design fee?
No design fee is applied on all orders.
Can you add a photo on the design?
Yes.
Do you personalise items that are not included in your current product range by request?
Yes, if you have other party favours in mind that we are not currently offering, let us know and we'll see what we can do to help.
Can I order the labels only?
For all adhesive labels, yes.
What are other terms and conditions of service?
50% downpayment is required upon placing your order and the remaining 50% to be settled prior to your items being released or shipped.
A digital copy of the design/s will be sent to you for approval prior to commencing production.
You will be notified as soon as your order is ready for pick up or delivery.
We aim for your order to be ready at least 7 days before your event. Delayed settlement of payment means delayed shipping as well. In this case, Party Prints is not held liable for your items not arriving on time.
